DBD Randomizer

Controls whether a plus icon is shown on composite add-on images, and which image sets it applies to. The global row sets the default for all types; survivor and killer rows can override it independently.

Tracks image load times to estimate available bandwidth and automatically falls back to low-resolution images under pressure. Keeps rendering smooth on slower connections without manual configuration.
